Product Guarantee, Care & Maintenance.

COV-A-BLIND offer a 12 month guarantee on all its products.

We make all orders to your specifications and can only accept returns in the unlikely event of a fault with the product. We’re sorry that it’s not possible to amend or cancel your order once it’s submitted.

Your guarantee covers you against:

  • Component failure of working mechanisms where applicable
  • Defects caused by manufacturing error, or failure to meet our quality commitment
  • Products supplied with surface finish flaws

Your guarantee will NOT cover:

  • Damage caused by unexpected wear and tear
  • If there is evidence of product abuse or misuse
  • Any alterations not made by us
  • Products wrongly installed, which subsequently have become damaged or unusable.
  • Long term exposure to atmospheric conditions such as damp or excessive heat
  • Cov-A-Blinds fitted in a unreasonably demanding domestic or non-domestic environment
  • Accidental damage (you may find that this type of damage is covered by your household contents insurance policy)

When claiming on your guarantee, please ensure to have your order number to hand if possible.

If you ordered your Cov-A-Blind online, please call our Customer Service team on 02083447979 to arrange a return number and to be instructed on what to do to send us back the faulty goods.

Faulty goods will be replaced or a credit note will be issued.
